Welcome,
As a Freelance Lecturer and Consulting Associate specialising in the field of Competition Law Enforcement and Sector Specific Regulation in the New Media environment I engage in a wide variety of activities.
Although the focus of my work lies with EU initiatives, both as they affect the European market as a whole as well as their impact on national economies, I also work to make national developments in Poland better known to the global community.
It is my goal to present the progressing opening of academic, creative and business boundaries to international undergraduate students in business, politics and journalism. My 2011 textbook ‘European Audiovisual Sector: Where business meets society’s needs’ has been designed specifically with my international undergraduate audience in mind. In order to answer the increasingly vocal needs of graduate business students, who struggle with existing primarily legal literature, I have initiated a new team project which will deliver a special English language textbook entitled ‘Competition Law for Businesses and Business Schools’. The basis of my current research can be found in my 2005 Oxford University Faculty of Law DPhil thesis entitled 'Community Competition Law of Multimedia'.
The purpose of this webpage is to allow prospective students and employees an integrated access platform to the variety of resources supporting my work and help you find the information necessary to participate in any of my courses or look up any of the research projects I am currently participating in. Current students can access detailed support documentation accompanying their courses by entering the appropriate login details.
